By downloading, installing, or using FlashPrep AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
FlashPrep AI is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to generate flashcards from user-uploaded PDFs and documents, and provides spaced-repetition study tools. The App is available on a free and subscription basis.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. Notify us immediately at support@flashprep.fiqraat.app of any unauthorized use.
FlashPrep AI offers auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., monthly). Payment is charged to your Google Play account upon confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel via your Play Store account settings.
Free tiers are offered with limited features. We reserve the right to modify pricing or plans with reasonable notice.
Refund Policy: All purchases are handled by Google Play. Refund requests must be directed to Google Play Support in accordance with their refund policy.
You retain all ownership of documents you upload. You grant FlashPrep AI a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide the service (generate flashcards, enable study features). We do not share your documents with third parties.
You represent that your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

FlashPrep AI, its name, logo, and interface are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial study purposes.
Flashcards are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying critical information. The App is a study aid, not a definitive source. We continuously improve our models but make no guarantees about completeness or accuracy of generated content.
The App integrates with Google Play for payments and may use cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., Supabase, OpenAI) to process your requests. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. Your use is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlashPrep AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including lost data, lost study time, or exam outcomes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your account and associated data may be deleted.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
